RETURNS POLICY

VL LASH BOUTIQUE will provide you with a credit note to exchange the item for use in-store or online. All returns will automatically be issued a credit note (gift voucher) that will allow you to easily repurchase an alternative item. Non-returnable items and/or returned items that do not comply with our returns policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all return shipping costs. VL LASH BOUTIQUE does not issue credit notes or refunds for original shipping charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to use a traceable delivery method for returning garment(s), as VL LASH BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit and does not need to issue a credit note or refund.

Eligibility

If you change your mind about a product or order the wrong one, you can simply take advantage of our easy 30-day return policy and return it for a store credit. To be eligible, the following criteria need to be met:

  1. The item must be unused and in its original, unopened, undamaged, and resalable condition.
  2. The exchange is within a reasonable period of time (30 days).
  3. Provide satisfactory proof of purchase, such as:
    • Original receipt
    • Gift receipt
    • Bank statement or credit card statement
    • Online tax invoice

Please note that any item(s) manually defected will be returned, and no credit note will be issued. VL LASH BOUTIQUE does not exclude, waive, or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items.

Exchanges

A credit note (gift voucher) will be issued to allow you to easily repurchase an alternative item. If you need an urgent exchange, we highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return, and we will issue you a credit note once we receive your unwanted items.

Refunds

VL LASH BOUTIQUE strictly does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Customers who have received products with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item will receive a refund.

Faulty Items

If the items you have received are faulty or not as ordered, please do not use the above return process. Instead, contact us via email at info@vllashboutique.com with the subject 'Returns'. Please include the following: your order number and a photo evidencing any faults with the item you received. VL LASH BOUTIQUE reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to provide you with a refund and/or reimburse you for your return fees. You will not be reimbursed return fees if our Customer Care team has not advised you via email prior to returning the faulty garment(s).
